I would agree that immigration is rather painless and that 1h may get you there. You will have to go though security again as there is a terminal change and that may be the bottleneck. With the new regulations and all, my experience has been that security now takes two to three times as much time as it used to.

EU (Schengen, not UK or Ireland) "customs" is pretty painless... I've never so much as waited in line at BRU, AMS, MUC, or DUS... The airlines will set a minimum connection time for interlining bags, but if you're checked in all the way through, I'd say as little as an hour is OK.
