I found if I temporarily disable my McAfee Privacy Service (part of their Internet Security Suite), it will work. After I'm done on the Delta website, I enable it.
It is rather frustrating though!
Strange ... I have IE7 and McAfee (both current) on my desktop and laptop, yet the laptop is ok with DL abd the desktop is not.
