Its possible the different #s have their own different queues, so you may get better response time on the appropriate # for your level. So far on the 1P and 1K lines I have never waited more than a minute [havent had an irregular op in a year ... knock wood]

On the other hand, esp. during irregular ops, I have heard the queue times on the 1K line go way up. Thats probably because the # of CSRs serving that queue is much lower and since the 1Ks fly more, during irregular ops there are a LOT calling in!
