Well, I bought two separate tickets, and I have read somewhere on Flyertalk that BA will not check bags through on VS if the ticket is not under one PNR. VS to BA = Yes, they will do it ; BA to VS = No.... If anyone has different information, I would appreciate hearing it.... Thanks for the train responses.
