"I had 1:20 between flights and was dashing the entire time" -----Does this means not even Santa Claus can make this connection!! Just kidding. Seriously, did you make your connection, and if so how close was it? I am on an award reservation, and it is not so easy to change. I am seriously considering changing the flight from Milan to an earlier one, but I would prefer to keep this one if possible.
