Based upon my experience yesterday transiting CDG, you're hosed - maybe. As many have said here, an hour or anything close to it is barely enough time for CDG. I had 1:20 between flights and was dashing the entire time - not to mention I wasn't in "transit" channels - and was routed back out through the snaking, long and inefficient security and passport lines.

Bare in mind all this depends on what terminal (or remote ramp) that your inbound and outbound flights park at. In my case the planes were each parked in what felt like Denmark, and we were painfully bussed there - affording a wonderful view of every possible part of CDG and its work-shy, indignant, unhelpful peasants who work there. ^
