I think it will be hard to find something significantly less than 40k miles. Here are a couple I am aware of that are just slightly less.

35,000 skywards miles (EK/UL) for BKK-CCU round trip
500 airpoints dollars (NZ) for BKK-CCU on TG only (ie most direct routing)
