I don't know why, but whenever I try and make a reservation at europcar.de I get the following message:

Leider steht Ihnen momentan unser Online-Service nicht zur Verfügung .

Wir möchten uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen.
Bitte versuchen Sie es später noch einmal.

Maybe it's because I use it during the night due to the time difference to Europe and they are doing maintenance. Might try it again early in the morning (German local time).
