Just stayed at the Hilton El Conquistador in Tucson. Great hotel for dogs and very friendly staff. Guests with pooches stay in the casita area which has huge rooms. Dogs are welcome to dine with you at the outdoor area of the Cafe. My dog is small and we were allowed to take her on the nine hole golf course on the property. (She is extremely well behaved.)
