This is the best part, seeing a sense of appreciation lighting up their faces at the end of a long, and tiring flight.
I recently gave two of these cards recently on a SIN-NRT leg, and it was amazing how much gratitude and thanks I received from the two FAs. Perhaps, they have never received one, which is a shame given their apparent great work ethics and dedication. But in any case, it is worth handing them out just to let them know that customers appreciate the efforts and hopefully they will be encouraged to always give their best.
Great report
