Normally, I choose WN credits, but for a work project in NYC, we rented a minivan for a month under my name, for which I chose Hertz points. I definitely received 100 extra points in my account for that rental. (I'm 5*). Colleagues of mine who are also 5* and always choose Hertz points have all been receiving 100 bonus points for each rental.

The W/E day coupon for every 3 rentals for PC and 5* is extra on top of that.... and it applies whether you are choosing Hertz points or airline miles/credits. I have received 2 of them so far, and, as mentioned in first paragraph, I elect to receive WN credits for all rentals except for 1. (Any my colleagues have also received their W/E day coupons in addition to their 100 bonus points per rental).
