A long time ago I made a reservation involving LH and UA flight segments on a website that uses Amadeus as its reservation system (not used by UA). Recently UA changed the departure time of one of the flights in my booking, so I called them to put me on an earlier flight, or else I wouldn't be able to make a connection. They did so, but the thing is that now I am not able to look up the complete new travel plan anywhere. When I enter the PNR on checkmytrip.com (the Amadeus engine), I get the old itinerary, in which the changed flight is not listed. I can look up the first trip segment (which is the flight that was modified) on the Easy Check-In page on the UA site. It also shows the UA internal confirmaton code, which is different from the Amadeus PNR.

The question is: where can I look up my entire reservation using this UA internal confirmation code? The UA website says I need a Mileage Plus # in the reservation for this. I can't find my booking on Worldspan, Galileo, or Sabre. I called UA, asked them to e-mail the travel plan to me, but I've never received a message from them. Perhaps they have e-mail problems.

Is there any possibility of reviewing my reservation anywhere online? It's strange, why would UA restrict this function to MP members exclusively?

I'm not sure whether this topic has been brought up before, but it's not mentioned in the United Airlines FAQ.
