Did a search but couldn't find the answer so I thought I shouold ask here:

Sometimes a couple travels together and a room is booked in wife's name (due to work relations or she wants to achieve enough stays for elite status etc).

Question: If the husband is already Diamond, can he ask that he (and perhaps wife) be given lounge access?

Note that I am not asking if husband can claim the stay or GP points, since understanding the stay and GP points will go to wife.

But what about coffee and breakfast at the lounge?
