Actually,my hairdresser is really a nice girl who accommodates me all the time and is appreciative, but I do spend
a lot every month. My friend's hairdresser never would say thank you for a Christmas gift and it annoyed the h*** out of her. She finally fired her and goes to someone else.
The other thing is when someone else washes your hair, then that's a separate gift too albeit smaller. It wouldn't even enter my mind to tip anyone forThanksgiving AND Christmas. That's totally ridiculous.
