IME, the main benifet is no ICC. I have not once been transferd to the ICC when I called the 1P line. If I call in the morning on the East Coast most of the time i get someone in DTW if I call in the evening or late afternoon or late night i get someone in Hawaii.

As for the 2P line. it is about a 50/50 shot that you will get the ICC. When I was 2P i kept calling untill i get an American CSR. Most of the time it only took me 1-3 trys.
