If your experience is that 2P = 1P, then you must have been the luckiest 2P alive...

IME, every call to the 2P line involved (a) going through an extended phone tree, where I was asked for all of my itin information, and (b) being routed directly to the ICC. Every time. As a 1P, so far, every call (a) is routed directly to a CSR after entering my M+ number and chosing dom/int'l, and (b) goes directly to a U.S. based CSR. I'd almost trade in the 100% RDM bonus for this alone!

About the numbers, though, it doesn't matter which one you dial. After you enter your M+ number, you'll be routed to the proper desk based on status.
