I'll tip my service professionals if I have an appointment between Thanksgiving and New Year's -- but not during the first 2 weeks of November ... and certainly not during my first appointment if I have multiple appointments during that period! How many year-end bonuses was this person hoping to squeeze out of you, anyway? Sheesh!

I only hope you're not so in love with the haircut this stylist has given you that you'll have difficulty finding someone new. Maybe this is an opportunity to try a new style? Certainly I expect you'll find less attitude and a sense of entitlement just about anywhere else!
