Connections at FRA and CGN - realistic minimum time?

Usually I like to allow at least an hour between flights, even when connecting through smaller airports.

I suddenly found I needed to go to TRN from LHR for the weekend of 20-22 September. The cheapest fare was available at suitable times for the return (TRN-FRA-LHR), with a 1.75 hour transfer time on a Sunday evening.

On the outward journey though, the only choice was to go on Friday morning, LHR-CGN-FRA-TRN, with a 30 minute connection at CGN and 45 minutes at FRA.

I will not be checking luggage, and the connections are in theory legal, but am still concerned that something will go wrong, especially at FRA (both planes are RJ85's so will be using bus gates...).

What are my chances of making these connections? I know that LH will reroute me if there's a problem but ideally I need to arrive on time to meet some people in TRN...
