which airline are you using? by the way English works just fine in ZRH.
If you are arriving by Swiss, you can just hang around the arrival past the passport/customs... or camp out by the Swiss checkin - upstairs.
I think this would be your best option if you have a lot of luggage.
Its arrival/checkin area 1 for Swiss. 2 for most of the other airlines.
