Reading this board made me quite interested in staying at one of the paradors in Spain. I saw that they have a 2 night package to celebrate the new year there.

Are paradors good places to celebrate the new year? I'd like to do it at the parador in Cardona. But I am somewhat afraid that there will be very few people there.
