In short if the OP is travelling on AA (or OW as Plat) to any Central American destination as he said, except Mexico ( with exception of Mexico city) he should be able to get access any of the two Admirals Clubs no matter where he goes through security .. on the day of travel.

The clubs are located at A7 and D34 and both have shower facilities.
