Norway is an amazingly good country to live in for the average guy who does not want to work too hard, and want long holidays and good or good+ healthcare system.

If you want to work hard, pay zero or minimal taxes, it is NOT a very good place to play.

Then a comment about the "matpakke" (lunch "box");

In my hundres of Firstclass flights worldwide, several visits to First Class Terminal/lounges worldwide and stays in relatively luxurious hotels worldwide, I have NEVER - NEVER EVER had a breakfast I would have traded for "MY" breakfast consisting of cheap (2-3 days old no problem US$0,80 "kneip" bread with sooooo many good things on it......

In fact I NEVER eat breakfast on Firstclass or whatever class flights. I don't like the smell of it.....

We are all different.......
