As I read that you fly SQ, be warned that LH miles F award availability on SQ flights is slim (almost non-existant if you need two seats).

On the other hand on LH flights its great. Some weeks ago I managed to get 4 F seats on a FRA-HKG flight and could almost pick any date on 3 weeks notice(and that was before the war/SARS hysteria). Turned out later that the flight was overbooked by 30 in C and they would have loved to upgrade some to F. So either the yield management is crap for releasing that many award seats in F or LH loves us SENs dearly.

BTW on the flight 14 out of 16 BPs showed booking class O. The funny thing was that the rookie FA in the galley didnt know that this meant there were only 2 PAX paying for F. She said she was always checking the BPs for celeb/known names and was quite disapointed to learn that most of the PAX were rather milage than cash rich.

Sometimes I feel I spend too many hours on flyertalk, when I start to explain things for airline employees

A rookie FA in FA, seems strange, as the FAs can choose, where on the plane they like to work based on seniority, and most vote for F or C, if they can.
