I am a Continental Plat and am going SFO to MXP (Milan) this Saturday in the AM.

I have never flown international as a Plat, and am wondering how to score an elite upgrade, or if it is even possible, as I know the system for international is different.

I am connecting through EWR, so I have part of the trip as domestic.

Anyone have any feedback or suggestions on getting the EUA award?
