The LH homepage shows:

Use of the Star Alliance lounges on the day of the flight in conjunction with a Star Alliance First or Business Class ticket.

UA domestic F is *A F, the RCC is a *Lounge, so you will get in. Just tell them that.

There will be no SEN warden barking back !
