All kidding aside I like many of the fine professional folks up in the sky at AA
And many of these hard working individuals have put up with much since 9-11
I have become a huge American Airlines fan all things considered.The more recent CEO and his colleagues have made American my airline and program of choice

They have managed the house much better then my former favorite for years
United.And when a serious enough problem arises (rarely) American has jumped to make it right.They have me in their corner today.
Six years ago it would have been impossible.
Now about my new AA flight to Australia on a Boeing 787 is it coming for Christmas AA ?
