My brother flew out yeaterday and had the same problem. Every lot inside of I-95 was full, and he couldn't get to the Auto Mall because of traffic at 2:00 p.m. He eventually found a cab on Island Avenue who followed him to the Marriott, where he left the car, and had the cab take him to the terminal. Luckily he's just on an overnight trip.
