Again, no need. I think you just got a confused agent. The three night minimum should not be applied to FFN stays - only point stays. If they are applying it to FFN, this is new. I have redeemed, in prior FFN periods, numerous (maybe 10-15) one or two night weekday stays. FFN was always treated differently than points on this rule.
