I think Oasis will have a bigger effect as they are going for the O&D market which will hurt BA, CX more.
I fly SYD-HKG with some regularity and overwhelmingly the pax are people terminating in HKG, now whether that would change if QF were to offer SYD-HKG-LHR I don't know. But I think QF would be looking to operate the HKG-LHR flight as a standalone flight.
