Trying to book and award reservation for my 16 year old daughter in her account who does not have a credit card and get the following message:

The first name and last name on the credit card must be an exact match to what is on the AAdvantage account. Please correct the name and continue.

I also need to do the same for my 14 year old son. Any way to do this to avoid the ticketing fee besides getting an additional card with their names on it?
