First you say that you HAVE to talk to the Gold agent (despite not having status) because thats the only number you have.

But you managed to have the regular number when you called and were advised of the long wait time. At that point, you decided to use the GOLD line anyway to get in ahead of all the regular passengers plus the MVP's who were waiting in the queue ahead of you. If I were an AS MVP or Gold, I probably wouldn't take too kindly to having lost an F seat to someone who bucked the line..even if it was someone as charming as Hunki.

And in another thread you said that your son just flew his elite qualifying flights yesterday...so i'm not sure why you've been using the Gold line for him either.
