The Singapore and Thai option do not offer F-its mostly business. Singapore offers F through Frankfurt but its more miles and I understand that its very difficult to get.
Since you are in MD, you could depart from IAD to NRT on ANA , direct/ nonstop on a 773. Other options out of NRT include SQ to SIN and then up to BKK. This does not require more miles either.
