I don't think you can use "technical limitations" as an excuse here. Randy sent me (as well as the other candidates, I'm sure) a PM outlining this debate. There are more than 5 candidates.
The point is that one cannot see the responses of others and react to them if such a case has to be handled via the Private Message system.
