does Hilton corporation have any accountibility?

It happened 7 times over last two years at this int'l property (ENU native speaking): about 1 to 2 days after I booked at hilton.com and recevied email confirmation, someone at this property would manage/modify online reservation and change my reservation to another Hilton Honor member with the same last name as mine, but completely different info for the rest. (once through Hilton escalation I got this innocent fellow's info: name/addr/credit card all info, which is another subject as a Hilton security breach)

I won't be able to find this modified reservation (change/cancel, what so ever) from that moment online, because it's no long associated with me, my HH, credit card on file, etc.

Escalated through HH, Diamond desk, Guest Assistance, Int'l Desk, ..., Hilton seems to have zero accoutibility to fix reservation back to me. Each time I have to call this int'l property direct to find/mofidy/change/cancel. The system/process is broke. (sounds like Airline said "the gate agent took control (which overwrites everybody else)"

Appreciate any pointer if anyone?
