I've stayed at the Parc 55 several times, but the JW is on my list for next time. The Parc 55 is okay. Nice views from the high floors and the lounge, but I have consistently found the staff to be on the surly and stupid side. Breakfast in the lounge was not as nice as other Renaissance lounges I've used, and the evening snacks were very light. I think they get so so many tourists at this location that they don't invest in the lounge service as much. Location is fantastic, but the JW is just a few blocks away and not in the wrong direction. I vote for you staying at the JW, so you can give us a full report next month!
