I think Wingate has about the best of the bunch. At least the ones I've stayed in.

The Jimmy Dean "Sandwich" is a pre-packaged small sandwich in the refrigerator. It is not much more than the rest of the continental spread. About the best things I find at FI are the hard boiled eggs, the oatmeal, and the fresh fruit (banana & apple). The rest is not worth talking about. IMHO.

For "free" breakfasts, I find both Hampton and Wingate to have a much better selection of food.
