You do know that you can move the lumbar support with the little level that sticks out from the back of the seat? Took me several trips and a question to FT to figure it out. Adjusting that makes all the difference for me (also 6'4").

You can also adjust the depth of the support by using one of the sort of mysteriously marked buttons on the console. This moves the support in and out.
