It may be a challenge even with handles, but adding "handles" is not too difficult. I tied the box with rope (cord?) to give it some extra support (it was 30kg) and also to give myself something to pick it up with. In the US, drugstores often have the stuff, and hardware stores certainly do.


PS Going OT, which is much more fun: I am told that we owe the modern idea of Christmas to the British (Dickens, I believe). I am glad to see that that we in the US are now able to reciprocate.
