Assuming Prince William and his party were travelling in economy on BA and none of them had any status, would they expect to turn up to a Terraces Lounge and just be let in? Ok, I assume they probably would be (and would also probably be upgraded) if special services knew, but if they didn't...?

Seems like the lounge on the PoK was full; it was not so much a case of being able to afford a ticket.
PW would undoubtedly be Prem, and Special Services would tail him like a hawk when he travels - highly unlikely he would be in econ, if only for security reasons.
