Better the passenger going to the wrong airport than the pilot. Didn't a CO (?) plane that landed at the AFB rather than public airport. I think the airports were only 5-7 miles away but it took 8 hours to move. Also, a few months ago a WN 737 was to land on SJC runway 12. They popped out from the clouds and was cleared for the visual. They almost landed at Moffett and then cut through the Palo Alto (KPAO) airspace (fortunately no planes were in the pattern). I doubt the FAA did anything as KNUQ is a pretty quiet airport even though it is Class C. Good thing their wheels never touched the runway though. I wonder if WN did anything.
