Theresa, before you buy anything make sure you rent a car and go drive the proposed rush-hour route, during rush hour, to get a sense of what you are looking at for traffic. It's all well and good to punch it into mapquest but you have to realize that 294 can be bumper-to-bumper for miles at a clip. I feel that this has to be said since you sound new to the area.
