This week, I have been incentivized to stay off-program despite a triple base points promotion with Hilton Honors. Priority Club (3 nights YTD) offered me 10,000 DL Skymiles for 1 5 night stay.

It wasn't an easy choice, but I decided 10,800 SM > roughly 21,400 HH.

Anyone else straying these days?

I may stray to get gold status on Hilton. 4 stays between now and February 28, 2007 gives me Gold status until 2008.

I will not make the 16 more nights on Marriott to hit PLT status, so what's the point?
