I went to look for my reservation, but united.com had me double booked in some flights in Y and C class.

I followed up by going to amadeus.net and sure enough united.com was right.

So I immediately got on the phone with my travel agent and she confirmed that another travel agent had mistakenly booked me in Y class for some of my flights.

I got her to cancel out all the Y class bookings. I went back to amadeus to confirm what happen. All the Y class bookings are gone. Yeah...

Now the problem is that I go back to united.com and I see the double bookings as well as "downgrades" on flights that I should be in C class.

What is going on? Is amadeus right or united.com? My travel agent is telling me that she did everything that she could.

Should I call UA agent to double check...but won't she have the same view as me?
