That's probably the case. I've come through Immigration at Suvarnabhumi 4 times now and on 3 of those occasions it was much quicker than Don Muang. On the 4th occasion, I think I arrived at the same time as a bunch of long hauls from Europe (based on the passports around me). Even then, the 4th occasion was quicker than arriving at a similar time at Don Muang.
