After much thought, well actually it just now came to my mind, I have a theory about flight enjoyment. I got this idea by reading the threads about alcohol in the DL forum.
Here's my theory: if you fly while buzzed (not drunk, but a little tipsy) then the flight will be more enjoying. You really won't care about much and you will be tired, increasing the chances of sleeping. I have yet to test my hypothesis.
Thoughts?
