Just join. Maybe we operate differently, but I never discussed it with Mrs. Milepig, I just joined one day. She enjoys the bennie when she flies with me and never said a word about the cost. Frankly, I don't think she knows or cares what it costs. Just part of the cost of a crazy travel schedule.
