It's all about allegations and suspected plots and no one was ACTUALLY apprehended at the airport trying to board an airline with liquids for making a bomb. Thus your argument is misleading IMHO.
There weren't even airplane tickets and passports sufficient enough amongst the suspects to make the plot happen the way that some here apparently believe it was to happen.
