A Message to Mesa

Listen Folks over on the other side of the codes share (US Airways) we have no shortage of frustrations with the Mesa Gang. There are only 2 ways to grab and hold Mesa's Management's attention. One is e-mailing them directly and NOT going through your carier of choices customer relations office.

And second and lastly to file your compliant formally with the DOT. The DOT I'm finding has a great deal more clout than I first thought. The carrier is REQUIRED to contact you.

With the above in mind here are some e-mail addresses I've used to get some relief:

COO:[email protected]
VP InFlight:[email protected]
2 InFlight Managers: [email protected], & [email protected]

This will get you to the D.O.T DOT Form

I for one book around Mesa whenever possible and if that just isn't possible I fly them and if I see ANYTHING remotely unprofessional I write to their senior management and if it's really bad I file with DOT,

Final point to ponder. Given that few consumers use the DOT compliant process, consider that a relatively small group of Frequent Flyers could keep a major airline ranked at or near the bottom of the DOT stats with ease. I calculated it out and about 40 FF'ers complaining every 60 days to the DOT would keep Mesa 20 out of 20 in the DOT stats for the forseeable future.

Performance or Punishment it's Johnny O's choice, as consumers we're merely reacting.
