I am in Bucharest 3 days in March as part of the wonderful "sale" from YVR. Where to stay? The hotels with brands I have heard of are around 100 a nite. And I can't seem to find a pension-type place either...

Can someone recommend a place to stay....Ot is $100 us is the going rate?

Another question, as I understand it, OTP to the city center is by the 783 bus...Anyone know what this costs or if there are other alternatives?
