NO!!! TSA screeners are civil servants working at a customer service position. We taxpayers are supporting these civil servants in customer service positions, so different rules can certainly apply to screeners. TSA screeners have chosen to work these positions with an agency that is similar to Keystone Kops in its efficiency and policies. Until the First Amendment is repealed, passengers have a right to dissent. Motives should not be a factor if a passenger merely complains about screening. Escalating behavior past verbal complaints may implicate more involved screening, but just verbal expressions of displeasure with screening are protected here in the United States.
